Processing Times

How long is your processing time?

In general, orders take anywhere from 5-10 business days to create, pack, and ship. For specific details, please see individual listings.

What if I need an order sooner?

I try my best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but if you need something by a certain date, upgrade your order! Simply add the “Rush Order Upgrade” before checkout and I’ll let you know when you can expect tracking. Need something by a specific date? Message me! I’m happy to work with you.

I have a tracking number but it still says “pre-transit” or information is unavailable. Where is my order?

Most tracking numbers take 24-48 hours to be updated. When a tracking number is assigned to your order, it means I have created and packed your order and plan to drop it off at the post office within the next 24 hours. The post office is closed on Sunday, so most tracking numbers assigned over the weekend will update on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, however I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order!

Why don't you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of my products, returns and exchanges are difficult to handle. If anything is damaged or you are unhappy with your item(s), please contact me! I want you to love your purchase(s) as much as I loved making them.

 

Customs & Special Requests

Do you make customs? I’m looking for a variation you don’t currently have listed.

Yes! I am happy to work with you on any new variation for the items I have currently available. Just send me an email with the details of what you’re looking for and I’ll see what I can do!

Can I send you a book to make flowers/stars from?

Absolutely! I’m happy to use a book from your collection to create items for you. You are responsible for the costs associated with sending that book to me, but there is no additional cost to regular product prices to use your own book.

To do this, purchase the item you want from the shop and include in the notes at checkout that you would like to send me a book to use. I'll reach out to you directly after that.

What if I don’t see a color I want?

Contact me! I’m happy to add more color variations to the shop for both flowers and stars.

What if I don’t see a size I want?

Contact me! I’m happy to add more size variations to the shop. The only constraint is the size of the book page.

Do you sell flower bundles?

Yes! There is a flower bundle option for three flowers of various sizes. Currently you can buy three of the same size, or one of each size (medium, small, mini). If you added on edge colors, I can do all three in the same color or in different colors, just add it in the notes at checkout.

My flower arrived smashed! What do I do?

Check my “Reviving Flowers” Instagram highlight, or contact me! Flowers are almost always revivable and only takes a few minutes.

How does the sprayed edges listing work?

Sprayed edges can be done one of two ways:
  1. Amazon Wishlist!

    If you want a new book, simply tell me which book you want, and I’ll send you a link to an Amazon wishlist. You will then purchase the book and send it to my gift registry address. Once the book is delivered, I try my best to spray and ship out in the next week. If the book arrives damaged, I will work directly with Amazon to get a replacement and will let you know the expected timing.

  2. Send Me a Book from Your Collection!

    Want to send me a book from your collection? Let me know and I’ll provide my mailing address after you have paid for your order. You are responsible for the cost associated with sending the book to me (I highly suggest shipping via media mail as it is significantly cheaper). Once your book arrives I will contact you with the estimated timeline.

    Please understand that when sending your own book, it may arrive damaged from shipping. I suggest wrapping the book in at least two layers of bubble wrap and adding a polymailer or ziplock bag if you can (these help protect against water).
Please note that with both options bleeding is always a possibility, but I try my best to minimize this. However, I cannot guarantee that there will never been any bleeding.

International Fees

What about customs and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs or import taxes.
